Adam Embodies the "Concept to Creation" mentality with every event, ensuring full attention to detail. Adam wears many hats including Projection, Video Production, Lighting Engineering, and all computer sciences.
Chris transitioned into the Lighting Director position in 2007. He has toured with various national acts and broadway plays. Chris brings creativity, passion and brilliance to corporate entertainment and theater.
Sandy masters all logistical and scheduling challenges for the Premier team, from crew calls to travel arrangements, to best support our clients' needs.
PAUL R. (RICK) SMITH
Rick oversees all business and financial operations of Premier with 30+ years of experience in corporate and international management. He is a BBA Accounting/Finance graduate of the University of Detroit and a published contributing author.
With a 30 year background in television engineering and project management, Mark has held a variety of key positions with some of the regions’s top video production and event support companies. Mark has managed all aspects of television, media production and distribution.
Marc offers one of the most diverse skill-sets of our team as a Technical Director, managing audio, video, graphics and on-site operations. He previously taught electronics with circuit level expertise to maintain and repair many technologies.

Bill has over 20 years of Project and Account Management experience, not to mention his expertise in finance/accounting functions - all of which help him perform his role managing our new partnership with the Cobo Convention Center.
Jodi manages all accounting functions related to the business and ensures everything is organized and running smoothly.
She loves traveling to different show sites and jumps in with the crew whenever needed.

Jeremy brings over 17 years of experience in the industry. His areas of expertise include directing, technical directing, and video tech; with extensive knowledge in field audio and lighting.
Marshall is an expert Audio engineer with more than 20 years of experience. He has an incredible ear & command of sound. Marshall leads the direct contact and coordination for artist and venue audio needs.
Doc is a key part of our warehouse operations - from pulling and loading gear on the docks to inventory, cleaning, and maintenance.
